These Terms & Conditions govern the agreement between Kidzee Beta 1 (referred to as "we", "our", or "us") and the parent(s)/guardian(s) (referred to as "you" or "your") of the child enrolled in our preschool and daycare services.

Admission & Registration

Only a parent or legal guardian with valid parental responsibility may register a child. As part of our registration process, you must submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate or equivalent document to verify guardianship.

Security Policy

All website visitors are strictly prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the website’s security features. This includes unauthorized access attempts, data breaches, or tampering. Any violations will result in civil or criminal liability. We reserve the right to work with law enforcement agencies to investigate such occurrences.

Acknowledgment of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These apply to all users of our service, and by proceeding, you confirm you are over the age of 18.

• Denial of admission due to medical, behavioral, or policy-related concerns

• Any injury or incident when the child is not under our direct care (e.g., while with the parent on premises)

Accidents & Medical Emergencies

We are authorized to provide first aid and emergency medical care when required.
In case of emergencies, we will make every effort to contact you. If unreachable, we are authorized to proceed with appropriate medical treatment on your behalf.
Medications will only be administered upon submission of a signed medicine consent form.

Health & Illness Policy

We reserve the right to request withdrawal or temporary absence of your child if:

• The child is unwell or requires medical attention we cannot provide.

• The child is suffering from a communicable illness or infection.

• The parent fails to disclose relevant health conditions.

We follow health protocols advised by the authorities to ensure the safety of all children and staff.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of booking.

• Cancellations after this period, up to 5 working days before the course, will be offered a seat in a future session within 12 months.

• No refunds will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.

Cancellation by Kidzee Beta 1

We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule any class due to insufficient registrations, trainer unavailability, or logistical issues.
We will notify you at least 10 business days in advance, and offer an alternate session within 12 months.

General Disclaimer

• Free gifts (if applicable) must be returned unused with original packaging during cancellations.

• We are not responsible for third-party trademarks visible on any learning kits or materials.

• Products under special offers or schemes are non-refundable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and Kidzee Beta 1. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. The most updated version will always be available on our official website.
